A Business Administration Apprenticeship offers a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience in an exciting job, learning new skills and gaining qualifications whilst you are working. There are clear progression pathways and you will earn a salary and all of the perks of working. This Apprenticeship is aimed at those with an interest in Business Administration, including customer service advisers, personal assistants, administrators, receptionists and many more.

In general you will need to be able to work individually and as part of a team, producing high quality information to meet agreed targets. You will need to be well organised, apply good communication skills as well as effectively use a range of software packages and IT. Whether you are leaving school or college or looking to develop your career, we will recommend an appropriate starting point and provide you with high quality advice and guidance to make sure you are on the right path.

Business Administration Apprenticeship at Level 2 will take approximately 12 months to complete; with a following 12 to 18 months to achieve the Advanced Apprenticeship at Level 3 and a further 12 to 18 months to complete a Higher Apprenticeship at Level 4.
