Customer Service NVQs Level 2

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no formal entry requirements. However you must be working with customers at the appropriate level, either full-time, part-time or on a voluntary basis in order to generate the necessary evidence to prove competence. Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training will guide you on this.
