Business Administration Levels 3 & 4

Business administration certificates and diplomas are designed to reflect the work of administration staff across a wide range of industries and types of organisations. They are competence based qualifications designed against the most up to date business practice and theory. Through Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training , you will be able to formally assess and recognise your knowledge and understanding and enhance your performance in the work place. Ranging from levels 2 to 4, you can select the most appropriate qualification to match your job role and responsibilities.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. However you must be working in business administration at the appropriate level, either full-time or part-time  in order to generate the necessary evidence to prove competence. Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training will guide you on this. You will learn theory and practice of working in a business administration context, with time spent off the job to gain new skills and knowledge. Our programmes are highly flexible and designed around individual job roles. 

Duration & Format

Completion is anticipated within 9 - 12 months per level. The agreed number of visits will take place at your premises. You will be appointed a personal Training Adviser who will visit you in the workplace to assess progress on portfolio development and conduct observation sessions. Progress will be recorded at each visit. Oral or written questions will be used to cover underpinning knowledge. Start dates are available throughout the year.
