British Empire Medal Awarded to Chamber Training Director

Michael Harwood was presented with the British Empire Medal by Tim Cox, the Lord Lieutenant of Warwickshire, last night for services to charity and the community.

This special award, presented on behalf of the queen, was one of only 324 in total awarded in Warwickshire, a truly memorable feat.

Mike has been chairman of Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training board of directors for a number of years, offering leadership and strategic support to ensure the business continues to develop its services to get young people across Coventry and Warwickshire onto the career ladder through Apprenticeships.
