Support for Disadvantaged Children

Following on from Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training's advent calendar appeal for Coventry children living in hostels, domestic violence units and temporary accommodation,  Kim Edwards from Hydrogarden contacted the firm in regards to collecting and donating toys for the same charity.

The charity, Comfort Carers Project in Coventry, is an outreach and drop-in unassociated organisation for homeless, domestic violence sufferers and destitute.

Kim Edwards, HR Manager at Hydrogarden commented: "After seeing the huge amount of advent calendars collected by the team at Chamber Training, we were all inspired and very passionate about raising as many toys and gifts which could also be donated to the charity.

"The volume of toys and items collected was completely overwhelming.  Sarah Williams at Chamber Training offered to collect and deliver all of the donated items to the charity."
