Software Support Apprenticeship

Job Description

You will be working as part of a busy support desk, with client support enquiries, investigating & solving client issues. You will be responsible for recording client information into the Support system using a ticketing system.

About the Applicant

The ideal applicant must have a real interest in IT, be organised, and can use initiative.  Must be able to work part of a busy team. Entry requirements are minimum GCSE Grade C or above (or predicted) in English & Maths.

 

Please note: Ideally this vacancy would suit somebody with their own transport, due to the nature of the rural location of the Employer.

Daily Duties

Part of a well estimated support desk team, you will support in IT duties to include trouble shooting enquiries and Software issues, fault finding and diagnosing systems, speaking to customers and clients to determine issues, inbound and outbound using verbal and written communication.
