Job Description

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service. This apprenticeship will offer a combination of on-the-job training and learning, allowing you to earn while you learn. You will work closely with our experienced customer service team, developing the skills necessary to excel in a professional environment.

Daily Duties

As a Customer Service Apprentice at Big Parking, your daily duties will involve handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing information on parking services, pricing, and availability. You will assist with booking reservations, manage customer records, and process payments, ensuring accurate documentation. Problem-solving will be key, as you’ll address customer complaints and resolve any issues efficiently. You'll also support general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling customer feedback. Working closely with the team, you will help promote special offers and maintain a positive company image, while participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.
