Job Description

A new estate agents in Coventry is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice who can hit the ground running.  The role will involve:

  • Actively answering telephone calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Filing 
  • Meeting with the general public
  • Working a diary system
  • Administration tasks
  • Photocopying 
  • Printing

Training will be provided by Chamber Training and you will be working towards a recognised Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service.

About the Applicant

The applicant will need a good standard of education.  A pleasant attitude and a good telephone manner is required. You will be dealing face to face with members of the general public and be a keen team player to support with administration where required.

Daily Duties

The main purpose of this role is making, receiving calls and responding to client emails and meeting with the general public. There will be administration tasks including working a diary system, photocopying and printing.
