Overview

As a Projects Administration Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.  You will provide administrative support to the Projects Supervisor, Operations Manager, Operations Director and Project team when necessary.

Daily Duties

Vacancy description

  • To assist with raising of orders and invoices on Opera for retail customers and new projects and the addition of these items to the production schedule.
  • To liaise with 3rd parties such as vending machine manufacturers with reference to retail customers and new projects.
  • Process day to day orders for cards, consumables etc.
  • To manage small projects through to completion to include processing of order, arranging prep of equipment and installation on site etc.
  • Liaise with production department regarding card production, day to day orders etc.
  • To assist with the preparation of kit prior to its installation at retail sites.
  • To assist with the raising of purchase orders and liaise with suppliers with reference to retail and new projects.
  • To assist with the raising of despatch notes with reference to retail and new projects.
  • To provide administrative support to other departments where necessary.
  • To assist with maintaining the VCD log with reference to card production.
  • To provide administrative support to the Retail and Projects Supervisor, Operations Manager, Operations Director and Projects team when necessary.
