Job Description
Apprentice required to work within a pre-school with children aged 18 months to four years. You will be responsible for preparing activities, setting up the room, providing a safe and happy environment for the children to flourish. High quality on-the-job training is provided.
About the Applicant
The candidate must be committed to working towards an Apprenticeship for the Children and Young Peoples Workforce. This will include work-based assessment, knowledge sessions at CWCT one day per week, Functional Skills in Maths, English, and IT.
Daily Duties
- Caring for children aged 18 months to four years.
- Following daily routines including personal care.
- Observing children and supporting their development.
- Candidates will work towards the early years foundation stages (EYFS). Ensuring the safety of children at all times.
