CWCT227 Lettings Assistant/Customer Service Apprenticeship

  • Location: Coventry
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and 2 Saturdays per calendar month 09:00-12:00. Days and shifts to be confirmed.

Job Description

You will be starting out in a Customer Service role, advertising on available properties and arranging appointments and viewings. You will be helping to deal with customer inquiries and supporting with putting customers in touch with suitable properties.

Expected duration: 18 months.

Possible start date: 19th July 2021.

Daily Duties

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients to establish their inquiries for lettings;
  • Completing Inventories;
  • Producing reports, brochures, promotional information, and other written material;
  • Arranging appointments and arranging viewings;
  • Advising customers on available properties;
  • Dealing with email inquiries and telephone calls.
