This half-day course takes users through the process of creating a Gannt Chart using Microsoft Project. Specifically it looks at Tasks, Summary Tasks, Recurring Tasks, Milestones, Grouping Tasks, Task Dependencies, Lag and Lead Time, displaying the Critical Path and an overview of Resources and Reports. If run as a virtual course, delegates need to ensure that Microsoft Project is installed on their computer as it is not a standard component of the Microsoft Office Suite.
