Job Description

As a customer service apprentice, you will deliver exceptional levels of service to customers and stakeholders. The role involves speaking to clients, directing queries to the relevant departments and people as well as logging information and updating records.

As a customer service apprentice, you will learn how to provide exceptional customer service across a range of channels, including phone, email, video and chat. You will be responsible for helping customers resolve issues, answering their questions, and providing product or service information.

You will be a dynamic, organised, well presented professional in your approach. The successful applicant must have a passion for looking after customers and have excellent customer service skills by being a helpful member to the team. You can also work independently.

This role is full time with day release to college, and the  position offers real career progression opportunities for the right candidate as we continue to grow our business.

Daily Duties

The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of a customer service apprentice contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
