Adele's Business Administration Journey

Adele Wheatley is currently a Project Coordinator at Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce. Adele started off her career by completing a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship in 2018 which has led to various positions within the Chamber Group.

Adele went down the apprenticeship route as she wasn't too sure of what she wanted to do after her A Levels. Adele applied for university however Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Chamber Training was recommended to her by a school friend, who was really enjoying training there. Adele eventually decided to apply online and she attended an interview with a recruitment advisor who made her feel at ease and gave her lots of information on different apprenticeship vacancies.

Adele says "During my apprenticeship not only did I develop knowledge in the Business sector, but I also developed my social skills, confidence and made some great friends along the way. I was highly supported during my apprenticeship with Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Chamber Training. My Training Advisor came out to my workplace and checked up with me every 10 weeks to see how I was getting on and I felt that I could talk with them as we built a great rapport. My tutors were great in making sure I kept on track and supported me on a 1-1 basis with work I was struggling with. I would 100% recommend the apprenticeship route as this can lead you to many great opportunities to grow and progress within an organisation. Learning a qualification while earning your own money... what's not to like!"
