The interactive training courses are hosted by Chamber Training’s knowledgeable and experienced tutors who will there every step of the way to help you learn and understand your chosen topic.

Meet Tracy Sawrey, one of the Management Trainers at Chamber Training who will be delivering remote delivery courses.
Our remote delivery courses are delivered using Microsoft Teams and include topics such as:
- Supervisory Super7 Toolkit which covers Effective Communication; Training & Coaching the Team; Building the Team; Motivating the Team; Managing Difficult People; Understanding Discipline in the Workplace and Setting Goals and Targets.
- Other remote delivery courses include Microsoft Excel Training; Communicating Assertively; Complaint Handling; Professional Telephone Techniques; Professional Email Writing; Time Management; Managing Change together with accredited qualifications such as ILM Management Development Level 2, 3 and 5; Certificate in Mental Health Awareness.
Chamber Training is a partner with Coventry & Warwickshire Skills 4 Growth so we are able to offer eligible businesses 50% ESF funding towards accredited and non-accredited training to develop employees with the skills needed in our changing environment.
To be eligible, companies must employ a maximum of 249 people, operating in sectors including Business & Professional (including accountancy), Health and Social Care, Digital and Creative Industries, IT Services and Retail based in Coventry & Warwickshire.
