Tubing company benefits from training to support its ‘journey of growth’

A regional training company has joined forces with a forward-thinking copper tubing supplier and manufacturer in Coventry to create a bespoke digital training programme.

Lawton Tubes – a £230 million turnover business which is moving to a state-of-the-art new headquarters across the road from its current office in 2027 – is committed to upskilling staff across the business.

The company is working with Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training on a digital training programme to enhance the team’s knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

The course has been co-designed with Lawton Tubes, with content based on the company’s systems and procedures.

Delivered at Chamber Training’s learning facility, near the centre of Coventry, staff from Lawton Tubes used their company devices to connect to their business network and train using real-life, everyday scenarios which truly contextualise the course.
