The level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills is designed for team leaders and supervisors to develop management skills and get the best out of their team.

This four day course will equip your team leaders and supervisors with the skills they need to enhance team performance. It is a nationally recognised qualification and the ideal launch pad for your management career.
