Level 5 is aimed at middle managers with a wider span of control, greater accountability for performance and responsibility for determining resource allocation and operational methods.

Completion is anticipated within 9 – 12 months per level. The agreed number of visits will take place at your premises. You will be appointed a personal Assessor who will visit you in the workplace to assess progress on portfolio development and conduct observation sessions. Progress will be recorded at each visit.
