The Mental Health First Aid course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. It raises awareness of common mental health conditions, reduces stigma and teaches practical strategies for early intervention and support.
Individuals will learn how to recognise warning signs, provide reassurance, and guide individuals towards appropriate professional help.

Accredited courses in First Aid for Mental Health are available upon request at levels 1, 2 and 3.
