50% Funding for Skills and Training - Get Your Workforce Up to Speed
In these challenging times, Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training recognise that employers need all the support they can get to plan for the future and create a strong workforce with the right skills. Chamber Training has grants of 50% for SME’s in the locality through its Skills4Growth programme which has been extended to cover even more courses.
As one of the largest providers of training and development in Coventry and Warwickshire, Chamber Training has over 1,200 people engaged in learning. We have a strong track record in supporting businesses, working in partnership to design the right training solutions.
Through Skills4Growth, businesses are able to access 50% funding towards both accredited and non-accredited courses, including:
- Managing Change Successfully
- Time Management
- Communicating Assertively
- Complaint Handling
- Professional Telephone Techniques
- Professional Email Writing
- Microsoft Excel
- Full Team Leader Supervisory Suite
Together with accredited qualifications such as:
- ILM Management Development Levels 2, 3 & 5
- Award in Education & Training
- Certificate in Mental Health Awareness
- Train the Trainer
Commenting on the ESF funding, Sally Lucas, Executive Director at Chamber Training said: “We would urge SMEs to get in touch with us to find out if they are eligible for the funding. Our team will work with you to identify your organisation’s training needs and recommend an appropriate solution, with 50% of the costs being met through Skills4Growth.”
To be eligible, companies must employ a maximum of 249 people operating in sectors including Business & Professional (including accountancy), Health and Social Care, Digital and Creative Industries, IT Services and Retail and based in Coventry & Warwickshire.
